Your satisfaction is our top priority so if you're not pleased with a purchase we will take it back within 30 days. Any purchase returned within 30 days will receive a full refund of the item price, shipping may not be refunded. After 30 days, refunds will only be issued in store credit. Refunds and store credit will be issued for the value of the items purchased including taxes, but shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Refunds may not be applicable on items purchased thru promotional deals, or side-wide sales. 

Q: I ordered the wrong size filter - how do I exchange?

A: Filters can be cut to size if too large. Replacement Filters Exchanges - a $3.50 flat rate shipping fee is required for an exchange on compost filters. Sizes, with measurements are provided in 3 areas of the product page - please look to product image as well as product description. 

Recurring Order Refunds: 

Q: I didn't skip my order in enough time, what do I do now?

A: We will automatically send you a reminder email 4 days before your order goes out. Once your order has been processed, it will be sent out - we can only adjust future orders. It's a good idea to add us to your contact book so you get your reminder emails. Once your order has been sent out, we cannot offer a refund. A refund may be issued if the items are returned. It is the customers responsibility to send the items back in order to receive a full refund. If you would like us to pay for shipping, we will deduct that from your refund. 

Q: My order was already processed but I don't want it, what now?

A: If your order was already processed, and you received a confirmation order number, we can offer a refund. A restocking fee may apply, in this case, a partial refund will be made. It's a good idea to add us to your contact book so you get your reminder emails.
